How to SASSA Grant Application Status
All applicants of the Srd grant can check Sassa grant application status at anytime on the Sassa srd website srd.sassa.gov.za. You can check your Sassa status through the WhatsApp number 082 046 8553 by sending a message to that number. Alternatively, you can call on the Sassa toll-free number 0800 60 10 11 and follow the prompts to check your grant application status.

- South African Citizens, Refugees, Asylum Seekers and Special Permit Holders
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 60 years
- Unemployed
- Have insufficient means, who do not receive social grants on behalf of herself/ himself or who are not contributing to or eligible for UIF payment, and have no financial support from any other source.
