Super talents Riky Rick and Major League DJz will drop hot beats at the latest SELECT x SESSIONS event on Thursday 3rd May; the official pre-party to Jozi’s Sneaker Exchange event. As part of the popular First Thursday calendar, the SELECT x SESSIONS take place at the PUMA SELECT Courtyard in Braamfontein from 6pm until 10pm.

This time around PUMA has collaborated with Sneaker Exchange, South Africa’s biggest sneaker event dropping in Jozi on 5th May, to bring you hot local rapper Rikhado Makhado AKA Riky Rick, with award-winning hip hop and kwaito duo, the Major League DJz.

SA Rapper Riky Rick Deletes All His Instagram Photos & Videos

South African rapper Rikhado Makhado, better known by his stage name Riky Rick has decided to clear his Instagram page.

According to reports, this comes after the rapper went in on major brands and labels not investing enough to grow unseen talents to international status.

Last year at the Metro FM awards, Riky Rick caused a stir with his acceptance speech after his single Sidlukotini won the award for Best Hit Single. He said “I thought I would be more excited to get this, if you know my raps you know what I’m talking about.”

“Shout out to all the kids that never get on radio, that can’t get their song played on radio because they don’t have enough money. Shout out to all the kids who put out music videos, that never get their music videos played on TV because they don’t have the money,” Riky Rick said at last year’s Metro FM awards.
