International award-winning South African actress, film producer, casting director and businesswoman, Terry Pheto, has been announced as the latest cast member to join Showtime drama series “King Shaka” slated to debut in 2023.
Terry Pheto will take on the role of Juma, wife to Zwide played by Adewale Akinnuoye- Agbaje (Oz, The Bourne Identity, Game of Thrones).
In “King Shaka” we see Terry Pheto in front of the camera again after making a move behind the scenes as a Film Producer and Casting Director with casting work such as Netflix’s Savage Beauty and The Braves One (premiering 16 September 2022).
“King Shaka” adds to Terry Pheto’s illustrious international body of work alongside “Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom” and “A United Kingdom” just to highlight a few.
