To send a parcel through a courier service in South Africa, follow these steps. Start by going to your shipments page and click on create shipment. A new modal will open where you can start creating your shipment.

  • Step 1: Set your collection and delivery details.

Change the collection date and time by clicking on the pencil icon next to the earliest collection date.

  • Step 2: Enter the contact details for both your collection and delivery address.
  • Step 3: Add your parcels details.

Please note: that while local rates do not rely on weight or dimensions (see rates guide for conditions), all national and international parcels must have exact dimensions and mass for the quote to generate the correct cost.

Click on Complete shipment to continue to rates.

  • Step 4: Choose your preferred service level and click on Continue to payment.

Your newly created shipment will now be available in your main shipment page.

Access and view your shipment details once it has been created successfully.

How Does The Courier Guy Online Tracking Work in South Africa?

  • Step 1: Open your Internet Browser (Google Chrome, or Firefox)
  • Step 2: Go to thecourierguy.pperfect.com
  • Step 3: Enter your Waybill Number or the Courier Guy Tracking Number
  • Step 4: Then click “Find Parcel

You will then be able to see the status of your parcel. On the Courier Guy Online Tracking screen, you will see different events or levels which are: Collected, Collect Hub, En Route, Delivery Hub, On Delivery and Delivered.
