Tiger Brands, in partnership with Optimum Learning Technologies, are recruiting learners with the aim of developing them as Operators at different stores.

Learners will complete a learnership over a period of 12 months.

Successful applicants will be placed on either of the following Tiger Brands Learnerships:

  • NQF 3 National Certificate: Food and Beverages Packaging Operations OR
  • NQF 3 National Certificate: Production Technology

A learnership is a structured learning process aimed at gaining knowledge and skills in the workplace leading to a qualification.

Tiger Brands Learnerships Minimum Requirements

  • SA Citizenship
  • Matric with Maths and 2 Languages (One language to be achieved as First language. One of the languages must be English)
  • Able to use NQF 3 learning material in the English language
  • Eager to learn
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude and committed
  • Able to work shifts and public holidays, when required
