WWE Superstar Bray Wyatt Passes Away At Age 36

WWE wrestler Bray Wyatt, whose real name was Windham Rotunda has passed way. Bray Wyatt died at the age of 36 after suffering a heart attack, on Thursday, August 24, 2023.

Windham Rotunda rose to fame as Bray Wyatt, a cult leader character who led the Wyatt Family. He was a two-time WWE Champion and a one-time Universal Champion. Rotunda was a third-generation wrestler who began his career in WWE in 2010.

Rotunda’s death has been met with an outpouring of grief from fans and fellow wrestlers. WWE released a statement saying that they were “saddened to learn of the tragic passing of Windham Rotunda,” and that he was “a beloved member of the WWE family for many years.”

The death of Bray Wyatt, was announced yesterday by WWE chief content officer and former WWE superstar Paul “Triple H” Levesque on his official Twitter (X) account.

“Just received a call from WWE Hall of Famer Mike Rotunda who informed us of the tragic news that our WWE family member for life Windham Rotunda – also known as Bray Wyatt – unexpectedly passed earlier today. Our thoughts are with his family and we ask that everyone respect their privacy at this time,” Triple H wrote.

A private funeral service will be held for Rotunda. His family has requested that donations be made to the American Heart Association in his memory.
