Television personality and model, Boity Thulo says she is done dating broke men.
During an interview with Rorisang Thandekiso on Touch HD recently, Boity Thulo made it clear she was not interested in being in a relationship with a broke man.
The month of love, as February is known, usually puts a lot of pressure on men to spend big bucks to show their loved ones how much they care.
The relationship topic began when Rorisang asked Boity about Valentine’s Day and the former Club 808 presenter replied by saying she didn’t get the fuss over it and is yet to meet someone who will change her mind about it.
After refusing to answer whether she was in a relationship or not, Rorisang then told Boity not to marry a broke man when she finally gets married to which Boity replied with a passionate tone in her native language, Setswana. “You think I would marry someone with no money? No way! We are done with people who have no money,” she said.
Boity Thulo elaborated by saying that she is done caring what people think about her, all she needs is a man who can match and even surpass her level.
“I don’t care what anyone thinks or says but what do you think must happen when there’s no money? I cannot support the both of us. I think we’ve been through where it [money] didn’t matter but now it’s like, you need to level up,” she continued.
