How to Check if eWallet is Withdrawn?

Call 087 575 9405. Please provide your card number, located on the back of your card next to the expiry date, and your PIN. If you are not sure of your PIN or have forgotten it, please reach out to FNB eWallet Call Centre for assistance at 087 575 9405.

How to Send FNB eWallet?

  1. Dial *120*321# on your mobile phone.
  2. Select ‘Send Money’.
  3. Select ‘eWallet’.
  4. Select the account you want to send money from.
  5. Key in the cellphone number you want to send to.
  6. Enter the amount you want to send.
  7. Select ‘Yes’ to send an SMS with an ATM PIN to the recipient for easy withdrawal.
  8. Confirm the amount and cellphone number.

How to Reverse eWallet Payment?

  1. Dial *120*321# on your mobile phone.
  2. Select option 4 ‘Send Money.’
  3. Next, choose option 5 ‘eWallet Reversal.’
  4. Select the transaction that you wish to reverse, and follow the prompts to complete the eWallet process.

What is the Maximum Amount That An FNB Customer Can Send to An eWallet?

It depends on the channel you’re sending from.

The maximum amount you can send to an eWallet:

Online Banking R3 000
Cellphone Banking R1 500
FNB Banking App R3 000
FNB ATM R1 500 (subject to cash withdrawal limit)

If the system identifies the transaction as potentially fraudulent, these limits may be reduced.
