What type of credit does Pick n Pay offer?

The loan amount limits range between R1 000 and R40 000 based on individual circumstances. How you use the funds is unrestricted in all Pick n Pay stores – Pick n Pay Hyper, Clothing, Pharmacy, and Liquor Stores.

Can you buy on credit at Pick n Pay?

Once your card is credited you can buy groceries in-store or online. Opening an online shopping account is easy and shopping with the card online will save you time and money! Pick n Pay online specials are of course, only available online and are an excellent way to stretch your Rands.

What type of credit does Pick n Pay offer?

This is an unsecured loan and  Pick n Pay payment options are flexible and favourable, you choose either a 24 or 36-month repayment plan. The first 55 days after your loan is credited are interest-free. Compared to most credit facilities on the market, this makes the Pick n Pay loans cheaper. Customers will enjoy R200 off the first purchase of R500 or more when using the Pick n Pay Credit Card, another great money-saving card feature!

Using a personal identification number, the card is protected (PIN). Unlike bank cards, this credit card has no transaction fees. The Store Account charges only R10 in low-cost monthly servicing fees. You can share up to three secondary cards with friends or family on one account. Each time you transact with the card a free SMS notification will be sent to you each time you transact with the card.

How do I access my Pick n Pay card’s balance?

For your convenience, there are several ways to check your Pick n Pay Store Account balance. You can easily find the balance from the monthly statements you will receive the monthly statement. You can ask to check your balance at Pick n Pay till points, and you will receive assistance. Alternatively, you can check online from the comfort of your home by logging into the Pick n Pay app or the Pick n Pay self-service portal . What is the Pick n Pay Credit Card application process?

Applications are done in one of four ways:

  1. In all Pick n Pay retail outlets countrywide
  2. Online at http://www.picknpay.co.za/
  3. By calling 0861 555 955
  4. By sending an SMS “PnP to 30087

Your application will only be considered if you:

  1. Are 18 years and older
  2. Are a South African citizen living in South Africa
  3. Have a valid South African Identity Document (ID)
  4. Have an active bank account that has debit order services
  5. Have a minimum salary of R2000 per month
