What is IntelliMali Login?
IntelliMali Login is a process of logging into the IntelliMali system. This is a smart solution for students, sponsors, institutions, funders and merchants. You login to IntelliMali online using your username and password.
IntelliMali is a privately-owned company founded in 2009. It is a 51% black-owned company and has a Level 2 B-BBEE status. IntelliMali specializes in the payment and administration of funds through its solutions IntelliCell and IntelliCard.
The company was established to reduce the pressure experienced by Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and Financial Aid practitioners at South African Higher Education institutions.
About IntelliMali System
The Intellimali system is specifically created for tertiary institutions students who receive loan, sponsorship or bursary allowances for their studies and basic needs such as stationery, food, books and accommodation. Intellimali is incorporated into the student registration card issued by the educational institution.
Once IntelliMali is activated, students can use their Intellimali-enabled student registration card to spend the various allowances at selected suppliers by using it much like a bank debit card.
How to Activate IntelliMali Card
Students can get the IntelliMali card for free. Once activated, they can use their IntelliMali Login details to login and withdraw funds. Students can spend the various allowances at selected suppliers by using it much like a bank debit card.
Students may activate their IntelliMali cards using one of the following ways:
- You can download the IntelliMali App and follow the instructions to activate it
- Activate the card on the website by visiting www.intellimali.co.za student portal
- Activate the card at any merchant, such as bookshops Checkers, USave or Shoprite (should they wish to draw the cash)
How to Download IntelliMali App
The IntelliMali App Download process is easy. The application is available for both iOS and Android devices. Follow the below steps to download the IntelliMali App.
- Step 1: Visit Google Play Store or App Store
- Step 2: Search for “IntelliCell” which is the IntelliMali App
- Step 3: Click “install” to download and install the app
- Step 4: Once downloaded, open the app
IntelliMali Login
After you’ve activated your card, you can use your IntelliMali Login details which is your username and password to login and check your balance. Here’s how to login to IntelliMali on the web.
- Step 1: Go to https://portal.intellimali.co.za/web/
- Step 2: Select student and enter your username and password
- Step 3: Then click “Login”
You will be able to check your balance on the My Intellimali student portal. Alternatively, you can check your IntelliMali balance via USSD code, dial *120*44431*student number# and follow the prompts.
Another option to check your IntelliMali balance is by visiting any IntelliCard merchant and ask for balance inquiry. The merchant will ask you to swipe your student card and enter your IntelliMali PIN. You will then receive a slip showing your balance.
