Relebogile Mabotja to MC the 10th annual World Choir Games

Multi-talented, award-winning actress, singer, presenter, musical director, producer, radio host and MC, Relebogile Mabotja, is set to MC the opening ceremony of the 10th annual World Choir Games tomorrow, Wednesday, 4 July 2018 in Pretoria.

The World Choir Games are the world’s largest choir celebration that brings together choirs from all over the world. This is the first time that South Africa will play host to the games.

The annual music gathering will take place from 4 – 14 July 2018 in Tshwane, and forms part of South Africa’s commemoration of Nelson Mandela’s Centenary. The celebration will incorporate more than 300 choirs and 16 000 participants from over 60 countries to gather in music and harmony. 147 of these choirs are from South Africa.

No stranger to hosting world class events, Relebogile Mabotja will bring the opening ceremony to life with fellow co-host, Katlego Maboe.

Tomorrow’s opening ceremony will be broadcast live on KykNET, DSTV Channel 146.
