According to Sassa payment dates, Sassa will begin paying beneficiaries from Monday 3 October, starting with the Older Persons’ Grants, followed by the disability grants on Tuesday 4 October and finally, the children’s grants which will be paid on Wednesday 5 October.

There is no set payment date for the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) grant of R350. SRD grant beneficiaries are urged to wait for SMS from Sassa informing them that their money is available for collection.
