Sassa payments dates for November 2022 have been released by Sassa. The South African Social Security Agency (Sassa) is an entity of the Department of Social Development responsible for administering social assistance in terms of Section 3 of the Social Assistance Act. Social grants distributed by Sassa are:
- Older person’s grant (old age pension)
- Child support grant
- Care dependency grant
- Grant in aid (if you live on a social grant but need someone to take care of you)
- War veteran’s grant
- Foster child grant
- Disability grant
- The Social Relief of Distress Grant (SRD Grant)
Sassa is responsible for distributing social grants to more than 16 million South Africans.

As per Sassa’s payment schedule, here are the grant payment dates for November 2022:
- Older Person’s Grant: Wednesday 2 November 2022 – This includes any grants linked to this account
- Disability Grant: Thursday 3 November 2022 – This includes any grants linked to this account
- All Other Grants: Friday 4 November 2022
The SASSA SRD R350 payment dates for November 2022 will be released. SASSA R350 payments will be in mid-November 2022.
Sassa has said that there is no fixed payment dates for those who receive their Sassa’s R350 grant payments. If you don’t have any banking details, individuals can collect your grant cash from Pick-N-Pay, Shoprite, Checkers, USave or Boxer stores.
The SASSA SRD R350 will be paid to beneficiaries from August 2021 to next year March 2023.
