The South African Social Security Agency (Sassa) has confirmed the normal social grant payment dates for December 2022. The schedule for social grants SASSA payment dates for December 2022 is now available, including for disability, older persons and all other grants.
Sassa begins distributing permanent grants from the second day of every new month. These grants are not paid on the same day. Sassa’s grants are collected on different dates to avoid situations where there is overcrowding at Sassa offices, Post Office, Banks and ATMs.
SASSA Payment Dates for December 2022
According to SASSA’s schedule, Sassa grant payment dates for December 2022 for social grants are as follows:
- Thursday, 01 December 2022 – Older Person
- Friday, 02 December 2022 – Disability Grant
- Monday, 05 December 2022 – Children Grant
The SASSA SRD R350 payment dates for December 2022 will be released. SASSA R350 payments will be in mid-December 2022.
Sassa has said that there is no fixed payment dates for those who receive their Sassa’s R350 grant payments. If you don’t have any banking details, individuals can collect your grant cash from Pick-N-Pay, Shoprite, Checkers, USave or Boxer stores.
The SASSA SRD R350 will be paid to beneficiaries from August 2021 until March 2024.
