This e-learning platform allows lecturers / instructors to upload courses and course materials such as lecture notes, study guides, course outlines, recommended reading books, videos and many more for students.

To access the UFH Blackboard System, we’ve put together a step-by-step guide to help you. Here’s how to sign in to Blackboard UFH:
- Step 1: Open your internet browser e.g. Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Firefox
- Step 2: Go to University of fort Hare Blackboard Portal at https://learn.ufh.ac.za/
- Step 3: Enter your username and password
- Step 4: Click ‘Login’
Once you’ve logged in to the Blackboard, scroll down the page to ‘Course Categories’ and ‘Select’ your School. Once you’ve chosen your school, you can therefore, select your course or check for your course in your department. Blackboard University of fort Hare allows students to see the content for their course.
How to Reset UFH Blackboard Password?
To reset your Blackboard password, you need to visit https://learn.ufh.ac.za/ and click on “Forgot Password”. To change your password, provide information for one option only: Username or Email Address.
USERNAME OPTION
To change your password, type your First Name, Last Name, and Username. You need an active email address associated with your account to receive instructions. Your current password remains active until you change it. Click “Submit‘ once you’ve provided the above information.
EMAIL ADDRESS OPTION
Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address to change the password. You need an active email address associated with your account to receive instructions. Your current password remains active until you change it. Click ‘Submit‘ to proceed.
