Uzalo viewers will be surprised to know that Khathaza Khanyile whose real name is Sibonile Ngubane is exiting the popular SABC 1 soapie.

It is alleged that Sibonile has been fired from the most watched telenovela in South Africa, Khathaza character won’t be seen for much longer.
Sibonile plays a role of a businessman who owns Khanyile Coffins Funeral Parlour, an undercover business of his drug business. His agenda for coming to KwaMashu was to kill Nkunzi (played by Masoja Msiza) and his family after he killed his family and burnt their family, until he fell in love with Nkunzi’s wife MaNgcobo (played by Dawn Thandeka King).
According to ZAlebs, there are no reasons given for Khathaza’s alleged exit from Uzalo. Everything is coming to an end for his character and it is reported that MaNgcobo will kill him.
An unnamed source told Isolezwe, a Zulu-language newspaper that his replace Jason Zikalala, has already started shooting for the role. When the publication reached out for comment, the star advised the newspaper that he is not at liberty to discuss Uzalo’s dealings and that he does not want to spoil anything for viewers.
“It is illegal for me to discuss the dealings of Uzalo. People should just watch the show and they will see what is going to unfold, I do not have any knowledge of what you are asking me,” – he said.
