Former Generations: The Legacy actress Letoya Makhene has revealed that she is a relationship with a woman. Letoya Makhene, who played Tshidi Pakade on Generations: The legacy, revealed that she has found love with Johannesburg businesswoman, Lebohang Keswa.

Letoya Makhene also took to social media by posting a Sunday World newspaper headline image which reads: “Letoya Lesbian Lover Revealed”. “Well, it was only a matter of time before the world found out about us Lebohang Keswa. Here’s to our beautiful future together, my love.” – she captioned the photo.
The actress and sangoma also stated that she took her time to reveal her lesbian relationship because it’s her first lesbian relationship and she was not sure how the public would react to her.
“My biggest fear was telling my dad and my kids that mommy is in love with a woman. I was afraid of hurting them,” – she said.
“People who discriminate against the LGBTQI must learn to focus on their lives. We don’t owe them any explanation for who we are and don’t pay any attention to negativity, we are focusing on ourselves, our families and the difference we can make to society.” – she added
