What is CPUT SOS?
Cape Peninsula University of Technology Student Online Services, also known as CPUT SOS, is a student portal where students can view their progress marks, check the subjects that you are registered for, check and pay your fees online, register online, change contact information and print a proof of registration.
How to Register for CPUT SOS?
You use your student number and PIN to login to your Student Online Services (SOS). If you don’t have the SOS PIN, click on the Log in to SOS button, enter your student number and click on “Request A Pin”. Then return to the SOS page and use the Get your PIN here application to have the pin displayed to you. You have a maximum of 3 attempts to request a pin.
CPUT SOS Login
All CPUT students now have access to the Student Online Services (SOS) portal. They use their student number and PIN to login to the student portal. Here are the steps for the CPUT SOS Login:
- STEP 1: Visit the CPUT Student Online Services (SOS) login page at https://www.cput.ac.za/students/about/sos
- STEP 2: Click on “Login to SOS” button
- STEP 3: Enter your student number and PIN, then click the “Login” button.
Once you’ve logged into the SOS, you will be able to perform academic activities such as checking your class timetable, exam timetable, view academic record, register for course, make payments, track your application status and much more.
The student portal is also created for prospective students of the University to create an account or log in. They can also use it to perform the CPUT SOS track application status for admission. You will be able to see whether you have been accepted to study at Cape Peninsula University of Technology or not.
