Once we confirm the remaining balance on your lost Card, we will deactivate it and issue a replacement Card with an equivalent amount. This process ensures that your funds are safeguarded, and you can continue to use your Card without interruption.

- Before you start shopping, make sure you’re aware of your balance. You can easily check it online at https://balance.amexgiftcard.com or by calling 1-888-846-4308. If you plan to use your Gift Card alongside another payment method, simply inform the cashier about the specific amounts you’d like to apply to each payment type. Please be aware that not all merchants allow split payment transactions, and certain transaction types may require a hold of up to 20% above the purchase amount.
- When you’re ready to make a purchase, swipe your Card and choose “Credit” on the keypad.
