Radio Mix DJ/Producer, entrepreneur and Mail and Guardian’s Young 200 of 2015, Kutloano Nhlapo aka DaKruk, celebrates his birthday with a twist tomorrow, Sunday, 30 August 2015, with his #OurParty initiative.
This year DaKruk will be celebrating his birthday with a humanitarian twist to it as an appreciation of his love and blessings, he is giving back in the simplest way, by giving love where it is needed the most through an initiative he started called #OurParty.
#OurParty is a Corporate Social Investment that DaKruk is pairing with his birthday for the first time this year and hopes to continue with the initiative every year moving forward.
The idea of the #OurParty initiative is to celebrate DaKruk’s birthday in a purposeful way and in a manner that would make a little difference in the lives of others. The young entrepreneur will be sharing his birthday celebration, presents and experience with the less fortunate at a home called Badanisile, Home of Safety, situated in Daveyton, in the East of Johannesburg tomorrow, Sunday, 30 August 2015 from 10am till 4pm.
The initiative is self-funded by DaKruk and any form of support, contribution or donations are welcome. The home caters to both children and adults.
