The Sasol Mzansi Tour takes off with Sasol Energy announcing exciting partnerships with some of SA’s top brands

The much-anticipated Sasol Mzansi Tour, the road trip of a lifetime, sets off as four winners and their plus 1’s take-off on the epic seven day and 6 nights trip through picturesque landscapes of the three provinces of South Africa, namely Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Limpopo.

After months of anticipation, the four lucky winners, who participated in the Sasol Fuel Rewards program at participating Sasol Convenience Centres will embark on this unforgettable full expense journey which will run from March 1 to March 7 2024, courtesy of the Sasol Rewards program.

This is in line with Sasol’s commitment to “giving back” by making a positive contribution to the communities the surrounding our areas its operation.

Collaborations

To amplify the tour experience and further inspire South Africans to get on the road and experience their country, Sasol Energy has concluded partnerships with some of South Africa’s well-known brands.

Benny Masekwameng, a renowned South African born chef, television personality, and culinary expert will add a special touch to the trip. Widely known as Chef Benny, he will ensure that guests are occasionally treated to culinary delights that will leave a lasting impact on the winners’ experience with his delivery of South Africa’s vibrant food culture”.

Mark Sham of Like a Tourist, the well known social media movement aimed at encouraging people to act like tourists in their own country, adds to the impressive list of those accompanying the tour. Mark’s passion and love for South Africa mirrors Sasol’s own passion on encouraging South Africans to tour the beautiful country.

Another notable collaboration is with Thabiso, the co-founder of 1000 Limpopo Secrets which is a movement designed to place the Limpopo province as a top destination for travel and business. Well know MC, Alphi Mkhwanazi as well as popular radio presenter Kandis complete this list of carefully selected partners.
