Singer-songwriter Zahara real name Bulelwa Mkutukana has revealed that she is single and looking for love after breaking up with her partner and businessman Ian Sihle Sibiya.

Ian and Zahara started dating shortly after Zahara called off her engagement with Umhlomo Wenene radio personality Amaza Ntshanga in 2017.
Zahara, who was secretly engaged to Ian earlier this year, told Move! Magazine in February that she wanted to keep the engagement to herself and family until everything is done properly, this is why she is not wearing the ring. However, it looks like the couple has decided to go separate ways and the wedding is off permanently.
According to Daily Sun, Zahara is single and ready to mingle. “After all I’ve been through, I’m open to love. Everybody needs a break in life and so do I.” – She told Daily Sun.
Zahara’s cousin and manager, Oyama Dyosiba, said the Loliwe hitmaker needed a rest from her busy life.
“We have been working extremely hard on tours, line-ups and all the busy schedules one could ever think off. I want her to settle down with a well-deserved man who will compliment her and support her,” said Oyama.
“I want her to be swept away by love and be happy.”
Speaking to TshisaLIVE, Zahara said she was looking for a God-fearing man.
“I don’t want much. I just want someone who is God-fearing. I am a Christian and I want someone that is God-fearing and will respect me,” – she said
However, she is taking it slow and said she was focusing on her career at the moment.
“I recently came back from Rwanda where I had several great performances and was also given an award. I am focusing on music and what happens, happens.”
