Entertainer Zodwa Wabantu is excited to step into the shoes of a stripper for one night when she appears at a popular Johannesburg strip joint.
Zodwa told TshisaLIVE that she was looking forward to her guest appearance at The Summit Club in Hillbrow because she relates to women who work there.
“Although we are yet to finalise the booking, I can say that I’m excited to go to the club. I also really want to do it because I can relate to the girls who work there. I have been called everything from a prostitute to stripper, so if I get called by a strip club, I’ll go without hesitation,” she said.
Zodwa added that she plans to embrace the “stripper” name people have often given her and wants to learn a few tricks.
“I would just love being in the space with the women who strip or use erotic dance to entertain for a living. If they have a few tricks to share with me, I am more than willing to learn. I mean, people have already called me a stripper, I might as well know what and how they do it,” she said.
The popular dancer has become famous for her risqué dance moves and revealing dress sense, especially at high-profile events.
