The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) has announced the payment dates for various grants in March 2024. Here is when you can expect your grant payment for March.
SASSA Payment Dates For March 2024
The Older Persons Grant (as well as any grants linked to these accounts) will be paid on Tuesday, 5 March 2024.
The Disability Grant (as well as any grants linked to these accounts) will be paid on Wednesday, 6 March 2024.
All other (Child Support Grant, Foster Child Grant, Care Dependency Grant, War Veterans Grant) will be paid on Thursday, 7 March 2024.
SRD (Social Relief of Distress) R350 Grant: Payments will be staggered from Monday, March 25, 2024, to Friday, March 29, 2024.
It’s important to note that the application process for the SRD R350 Grant for March has closed.

Beneficiaries can check their payment status online or by contacting SASSA directly.
The exact payment date for individual beneficiaries may vary depending on their chosen payment method (e.g., bank deposit, cash at Pick n Pay or Boxer stores).
