Agent, the highly anticipated drama series starring Kay Sibiya is making its debut on SABC 1 this Sunday, 08 March 2020, at 21h30. Agent made its debut on Netflix in December.
The drama series features South African actors such as Pamela Nomvete, Kay Sibiya, Sisanda Henna, Owen Sejake, Paballo Moganedi, Tarryn Wyngaard and Makgotso M.
Agent also stars South African actor, filmmaker, success coach and speaker Sisanda Henna portraying a character Lesego ‘Ace’ Moleko who is a biggest striker in the country with an ego that knows no bounds. He is Blaze’s number one client.
The multi-talented Anthony Oseyemi plays ‘Christopher Kilembe’ the most powerful sports lawyer. He is ruthless, relentless and always at the top of his game.
Former Uzalo actor Kay Sibiya, plays the role of Slindile ‘Blaze’ Magoba, a former professional football player whose career ended prematurely due to an injury. He has since reinvented himself as a football agent who actually cares about his clients.

In a statement, SABC 1 stated that: “Agent explores the kind of wheeling and dealing that goes on in the modern game, how sociopathic rival agents, megalomaniac club owners, scheming professional football players and their gold-digging football wags, compromised club managers, and duplicitous witch-doctors, shamelessly hustle and negotiate inside the corridors of world football power.”
Other Agent cast members include Manie Malone, Thabo Malema, Robert Mpisi, Virgile Bramly, Yannick Konan, Michaella Russell, Vinaya Sungkur, Sarah Kozlowski and Gabriella Cirillo.
Athos Kyriakides created, directed and written Agent. Other directors include Sean Els and Jon Rabaud.
